Event Description:

Join us for the first-ever Halloweentown at Downtown Doral on October 26th, 2024, from 4 PM to 8 PM! Step into a world of spooky fun and Halloween magic.

Your ticket grants entry to Pocket Park from 4 PM to 8 PM (5275 NW 85th Ave, Doral, FL, 33166), where you’ll enjoy a photo-op with Jack the Giant 10-foot Pumpkin (you will receive a digital photo), a live performance, a DJ, a costume contest (for children 16 and under), and spooky trivia.

Throughout the event, Main Street will offer free entry to enjoy candy giveaways and photos (on your phone) with Halloween characters as they roam the area from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Take part in the numerous photo-ops and immerse yourself in the Halloween spirit!

For adults, the night doesn’t end there! Join us for the Doral Yard After Party starting at 8 PM to 11 PM, featuring a live DJ, a costume contest for adults, and festive drinks to keep the fun going.

Event Timeline:

4:00 PM – Registration Opens (Pocket Park) / Candy Giveaway Begins (Main Street) / Pumpkin Photos Begin (Pocket Park)
5:15 PM – Spooky Trivia at Pocket Park (15 Min Duration)
6:15 PM – Costume Contest At Pocket Park (15 Min Duration)
6:30 PM – Candy Giveaway Ends (on Main Street)
7:00 PM – Live Performance At Pocket Park (15 Min Duration)
7:30 PM – Pumpkin Photo Line Closes
8:00 PM – Children’s Event Ends
8:00 PM – The Doral Yard Adult After Party Begins

Please note:

• A ticket is required for each person, regardless of age, to enter the Pumpkin Experience.
• Each ticket includes ONE digital photo at the Pumpkin Experience and is required for each person. Group admissions under a single ticket are not allowed.
• This event is not associated with the City of Doral’s ‘Trunk-or-Treat / Movies in the Park’ event happening a few blocks away . This event is hosted by Downtown Doral.

Updated Terms & Conditions for Event Tickets:

1. Ticket Usage

   • Each ticket grants access to the event for one individual and includes entry to Pocket Park, a digital photo with the 10-foot Pumpkin, a live performance, a DJ, a spooky trivia, and the costume contest for children.
   • Each ticket allows for one photo at the Pumpkin Experience, and tickets are required per person. Group admissions under a single ticket are not permitted.
   • Tickets must be presented at the entrance either in printed form or digitally and are valid only for the date and time of the event as specified on the ticket.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
   • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.
   • Tickets may not be resold, and any resold tickets will be considered invalid.
3. Event Cancellation
   • In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Downtown Doral reserves the right to cancel the event for the safety of attendees.
   • The event will not be rescheduled, and all ticket sales are final.
4. Event Entry
   • Entry may be subject to security checks, and guests must comply with security measures required by event staff.
   • Attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
   • Downtown Doral reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
5. Age Requirements
   • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Liability Waiver
   • By attending the event, ticket holders assume all risks associated with participation, including potential exposure to illnesses.
   • Downtown Doral and event organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from attendance or participation.
7. Photography & Media
   • By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Prohibited Items
   • Weapons, outside food and beverages, illegal substances, and any other unsafe items are prohibited.
9. Code of Conduct
   • Attendees must behave respectfully and responsibly. Violators may be removed without refund.

10. Changes to Terms

    • Downtown Doral reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with significant changes communicated to attendees.
