Terms:
Customizable Nutcrackers are available as an “add-on” purchase to any general admission
ticket.
Ticket holders may only partake in customizing a Nutcracker at Drosselmeyer’s workshop on
the date shown on their ticket.
Returning another day to partake in the experience is not permitted due to capacity constraints. Any ticket holders who fail to engage in the experience on the date detailed on their ticket forfeit their opportunity to customize their Nutcracker. However, they may pick up their blank Nutcracker by redeeming it from any of the event staff.
All Nutcracker sales are final and non-refundable.
